We manufacture and deliver products between five to 10 working days; in emergencies this can be cut down to three working days wherever possible. Once you have accepted the quote, manufacture of your product starts one day after confirmation of all specifications and service requirements.
We can only refund you or make changes to your purchased products if we have not yet begun manufacturing. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange once manufacturing has commenced as these will be tailored specifically to your needs and requirements.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please communicate your requirements before any work has begun to provide your product.
